If u hv multiple disc Buldge for how many disc u will go for surgery.. MRI Reports are not considered alone to take a decision about surgery. Your Physical Abilities are Better Reveling your  Exect Condition. If your Legs are Getting weak due to Sciatic Nerve Compression and you are feeling altered Sensation and is unable to Walk, you can chuse Surgery.
Next Steps
Also Surgery is not Always the Surety of Better Health after it. So many people never get Good Results even after surgery. So make sure that it's Strictly Required before going to make a big Decision.
Health Tips
U can Try Physiotherapy for it. And it's Shows Better Results in almost all the cases. it dose not have any side Effects. Just U hv to Chuse the Right Physiotherapist for it, as these Case needs magic Hands and Right Treatment only.

Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Mri scans/reports is  just for clinical correlation ,based on these reports one should not take decisions between  surgery and Physio ,Physiotherapy will certainly help to great extent  ..but if you have excruating pain 24/7,and tingling and numbess/Loss of sensation at one /two legs  then surgery could be the better choice .. So entire decision depends on symptoms only not on  Mri
