Lower Belly fat just doesn't seem to go
I have a lean body type and exercise regularly, my upper body and upper abs are also well built. But the problem is that my lower belly fat and love handles doesn't seem to reduce much inspite of regular exercise. Is there any solution for this ? Thank you

Body fat percentage is directly result of our Diets. Can you reflect on your lifestyle to know if these are the problems that may contribute to the rigid lower body fat: 1. Very long gap between two meals 2. Depending on hotels for your food 3. Night shift work or late night outs 4. Irregular protein intake per meal 5. Very high oil in food cooked for you 6. No changes in exercise... That challenges your muscle to grow. Same exercise for long may not show results. Upgrad the fitness plan 7. Self made diet plan with nutritional gaps
