Hi.,...no doubt,both are gud ...swimming is better than  gymming but due to cold weather gymming is d option.Do exercise daily,in d evening do brisk walk ..stay hydrated

You can burn ur fat through swimming or gym but for removing fat from ur body follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

Any aerobic, low intensity & high volume type of exercise is fine , If you are overweight, brisk walking for a duration of more than 1/2 hour is good. Gradually increase the duration of exercise. Combine some strengthening exercises with aerobic Exercise. Water walking will be a better option than swimming .
