Hlo, sir or mam im 6 feet 2 inch tall guy in morning i take boil water with honey lemon in empty stomach im in diet previously i was 110 kg by doing zyming 2 times, running 1 days 6 km everyday ANd completing 14000 steps including running and walking

No salt and
sugar and ulternate day I take dab pani and orange juice and mosambi juices
Take greentea 2 time 1 after breakfast 2 hours gap in breakfast I take oats .toned milk with honey
Lunch I take multigrain atta 3 pcs boil vegetables with salad evening I go for running and than zyming too than I come take greentea and than after 1 hours gap I take dinner boil vegetables with salad multigrain 3 chapati roti
Than go for brisk walking 30 min
