Start your day with 1tsp saunf with coriander seeds(soaked overnight) and consume next day as well as water. Have protein rich food like lean portion of fish and chicken. Include salad during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Try to have one cereal per meal. Make a smoothie of green leafy vegetables, apple, papaya or guava with lemon and rock salt and blend it. 1 tbsp corriander seeds with 1 glass water mis it and have early morning on empty stomach to consume daily basis. Green tea with masala upma for breakfast in the morning. Eat fruits every day for mid morning snack. Bhajira roti with salad and vegetable. Drink smothiee with nut and seed for evening snack to have every day.
