Post-delivery weight loss can occur due to nutritional depletion, stress, and continued breastfeeding. Ayurveda focuses on strengthening dhatus (body tissues) and improving digestive strength (Agni) for healthy weight gain. You can consider Shatavari, Ashwagandha, and Yashtimadhu-based formulations along with nutritious satvik diet and ghee preparations. But self-medication is not advised during breastfeeding. Kindly consult online for a personalized, safe Ayurvedic plan that supports both your health and lactation.
