After from delivery on 10 month I got pain in my both hand on ulnar side is this is normal my ayurvedic doc saying it is normal pain which occurs after delivery if we don't take care of ours properly I shown in the pic

it is normal but for that again i will suggest that go to your doctor and do some panchkarma therapy

take dashmoolarishta 4 4 spoons with equal quantity of water for at least 6 months form now
