Usually restricted food habits and water will cause haemorroids.also too much straining during delivery will also loosen the skin around the anal region. Eat plenty of cooked vegetables, fruits greengram sprouts Drink enough water. Sleep leisurely at night for atleast six hrs . Walk yoga for atleast one hour a day. Also take treatment for the condition. Call thru practo for detailed consultation.
