what is the approx size of structure ? do you also have bleeding and pain while passing stool? does the structure swells in size when you sit for defecation?? if yes , then you likely have hemorrhoids ( piles ) . You should avoid prolonged sitting during defecation and if you constipation , you should have fiber rich diet .
