Loose weight
Recently I had gained 5 kg in two months. I usually do regular planks for 15min and have a normal diet . Still unable to control this weight gain . How can I control my overweight.

Hi maybe you are consuming the wrong foods or eating at the wrong time. Also plank is a very good isometric exercise for building strong abdominal muscles and strengthen your core but it's not burning that many calories.  You need cardiovascular activity like brisk walking, aerobics,  skipping running etc for burning calories.

U sticking to vege food.avoid fastfoods,bakeryfood,oily spicy foods Substitute millets for rice. Walk,exercise,yoga for an hour everyday. Drink enough water,buttermilk everyday.
