Recently I have gained 5 kg weight in 2 months. Doing physical exercise 15min daily Planks . Still gained. Having normal food habits. How can I control weight gain ?

U eat plenty of veg,fruits,greengram sprouts everyday.
Walk,exercise,yoga for an hour everyday.
