Start ur day with exercise and brisk walk. Follow strictly diet plan. Add high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add more fluids whole day. Avoid junk food, oily and fried food, no added sugar.

Hello -for now avaoid junck food outside food -do some excercise regular basis -there are so Many consequences of obesity like diabetes, high bp, hight cholesterol etc
