I am 76kgs .according to bmi 15 kgs overweight. I am planning to lose weight . I'm not sure if I have pcos or any underlying issue. How can I start my journey. Planning to consult a nutritionist , should I consult a gynecologist too. ?

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. For PCOD specifically limit milk and milk products. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities.
