Knee pain, pain below kneecap

Asked for Male, 42 Years

I have pain below the knee for 2-3 months. I took some Neurokind injections and some tablets for it and those relieved my pain. But soon the pain started again. Walking up and down stairs make pain worse. Walking and getting up from a sitting position also makes pain worse. Pain wakes me up from sleep as well. Need suggestions as to the solution of this problem.
