Joint pain with fever suggests Vira fever, may be Chikangunia. It could also be a feature of Vitamin deficiency. You should also get your blood sugar levels tested. You should consult a General Physician with the report.

Joint pain with such a short time of onset after fever and chilla most probably indicates towards post-viral arthritis. It is a very common symptom and would need conservative management with painkiller. This is assuming that you don't have fever anymore and joint pain was absent before your recent illness. Consult a physician for pain management and make sure your Blood glucose and blood pressure are within normal limit. If fever and chills still persists then we might need to rule out dengue and chikunguniya.
Next Steps
Consult a physician for pain management and if fever is persistent than blood work to rule out dengue/chikunguniya
Health Tips
Ample hydration and have a nutritious diet.

Joint pain after viral fever is a common occurrence. However, given your history of diabetes and high blood pressure, it's important to consider other possibilities as well. Here are some potential causes for your joint pain: * Post-Viral Arthritis: This is a temporary condition that usually resolves within a few weeks. * Reactive Arthritis: This can occur after a bacterial or viral infection, often affecting large joints like the knees. It's often triggered by infections in the gastrointestinal or urinary tract. * Diabetic Joint Problems: Diabetic neuropathy or conditions like Charcot joint can cause joint pain, but these typically develop over time rather than after a short illness. * Gout: This is a type of arthritis caused by uric acid crystals forming in the joints. I recommend that you consult with a doctor for further evaluation and to determine the best course of treatment. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing these symptoms. Given your history of diabetes and high blood pressure, along with recent fever, chills, and current joint pain, there are several possibilities to consider 1. Post-Viral Arthritis - typically temporary and resolves within a few weeks 2. Reactive Arthritis - can occur after a bacterial or viral infection, usually affecting large joints like the knees. It’s often triggered by infections in the gastrointestinal or urinary tract 3. Diabetic Joint Problems - diabetic neuropathy or conditions like charcot joint (especially if there’s ongoing nerve damage), but these typically develop over time rather than after a short illness. 4. Gout or Pseudogout - People with diabetes and high blood pressure may have a higher risk for gout, a condition where uric acid crystals build up in the joints, causing pain, especially in the feet, knees, and ankles. However, this tends to come with swelling and redness Given your diabetes and high blood pressure, it's crucial to see your healthcare provider to rule out serious conditions like gout or reactive arthritis. Your doctor may want to check for infection, inflammatory markers, or uric acid levels with blood tests
Next Steps
Monitor symptoms, consult a doctor in case of worsening, Rest the affected joints, Over-the-counter anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen (if BP is controlled) may help reduce joint pain and inflammation
Health Tips
Stay hydrated and try warm compresses , Ensure your blood sugar and blood pressure are well-controlled, as poor control of either can worsen joint pain and recovery
