Hello mam....   Wisdom teeth is one that fails to erupt in its normal position in the given period of time... As it is the extra teeth and does not use for eating and speaking purpose....The ideal treatment is removal only...you need to go for surgical removal followed by analgesics and antibiotics
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for further management

Yes, you should get it removed. That teeth is completely tilted, it's not even helping in chewing. While brushing also, it might not be reaching till the end. So best option is extraction. You can Practo Consult us for any queries.

Hello Yes as for the wisdom molar they donot help in chewing rather they try to fit in the limited jaw size and cause damage to surrounding tissue and teeth, hence they are mostly preferred for extraction

Yes mam it has to be removed ,no other option is there .Only you can take pain killers which will only mask your pain for a time being. So better to visit dental surgeon and go for extraction.

Hello ma'am. From seeing the OPG, i suggest you to get the upper right as well as the lower right and left wisdom (last) teeth. These three teeth are tilted and impacted. They will give you trouble. Why ? Because they will give you pain later.
