Get your right upper and lower wisdom teeth removed. Lower adjacent tooth can be easily treated with root canal treatment. Upper adjacent tooth looks fine in this pic. But definite diagnosis for this tooth can be done with another xray (iopa).

hello, the best treatment for wisdom tooth is to get it removed. the adjacent tooth shows deep cavity. this can be treated. you do not need to remove the adjacent tooth.

No you don't have to get the adjacent teeth removed . Just get the 3rd molar removed but the sensitivity will persist in the adjacent teeth for some time and that is normal but if you feel that you are having pain in that tooth then you can get RCT done followed by capping .

Hello Sir, As the position of your impacted teeth is horizontal,it is better if you remove the wisdom tooth. However I dont see any reason as to why you should remove the adjacent tooth.your x-ray shows deep caries with the adjacent tooth. You may need a Root canal treatment for this tooth followed by a cap. My advise for you would be to get the wisdom teeth removed and get RCT done followed by cap for the adjacent tooth. Regards Dr Sumanmakam
