Is Garcinia Cambogia safe to use?
I have been trying to lose weight but my appetite is increasing and I am having a lot of stress. I'm unable to continue with exercise due to lack of motivation. I also keep munching food. I want to follow a healthy diet and get back to perfect shape.

Hello mam. At first be positive. U can reduce ur weight 5kg within one month. So for reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.
