I want to lose weight
I am trying to lose weight since last two months walking and yoga and avoiding dinner but no benefit . Not a single inch I have lost . Now m tired . Last year i have done full body checkup also . Not facing any issue . Please let me know wat should i do

Hi, You should consult to follow a proper regime l, which includes a proper diet, your lifestyle,  sleep pattern etc . include more proteins and fibre in your diet along with adequate amount of water and don't skip any meal it will not going to benefit you and cause Nutritional deficiency.
