Intermittent fasting 1- Eating pattern between period of fasting and eating 2- 16/8 pattern- there will be an eating window of 8 hour, Eg:- skipping breakfast and restricting your daily eating period to 8hour (1:00pm- 8:00pm) 3- before and after eating window your body will be on Fasting mode or you can take only liquids (coconut water,lemon water,green tea, coffee *w/o sugar*) 4- workout in empty stomach if possible 5- stay hydrated drink water frequently
