U can eat carrot but u have to avoid all cruciferous vegetable such as cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli etc.

U can take carrot but avoid cabbage, cauliflower , beetroot, arbi etc Hypothyroidism can not be cure it can be prevented by diet so follow three main things like healthy diet exercise and walk early morning and evening.

Hi Yes in in  thyroid you can have carrots freely and whenever you taking cauliflower it should be cooked. Cauliflower is rich source of goitrogen which interferes in thyroid function... so cooking it make goitrogen inactive so do cook it before eating.
