Hi When you have hormonal issue like thyroid it's important to fix that first,  weight loss will automatically happen in the process. Don't look for short cuts that way your thyroid will go for toss and you will end up gaining weight all the time.

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet exercise and Walk early morning and evening take high fiber food in ur diet.add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet.add planty of water.avoid oily and fried food. Due to hypothyroid avoid certain vegetable like cabbage, cauliflower, beetroot,potato, underground stem etc

Hi I can surely help you in losing weight with hypothyroidism and improving the thyroid symptom too. Many clients of mine have achieved good results with thyroid and they haven't lost their face glow. See you lose the face glow maybe you are not taking a healthy diet during the weight loss. Limitation of calories is important during weight loss but not at the cost of your health and nutrition. So I will make you lose weight with healthy diet and a low calorie plan. Hi, Here are a few tips that will help you:- Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours Eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism. Eat proper breakfast, as 40% of day's energy comes from breakfast. Include healthy fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc. Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits and vegetables in your diet avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods. Drink a glass of water every hour daily to optimally hydrate the body. Note: the given prescription can change according to different conditions.
