How much is the top range , if below 140/90 then okay. Brisk walking 30 minutes daily would help. Proper balanced food intake would cause you to stay the bp at a normal range throughout the day. Adequate hydration required. Thank You
Next Steps
Monitor bp regularly
Health Tips
Consult physician if this problem continues and if bp more or equal to 140/90

Blood pressure readings fluctuate every minute, every hour and different timings of the day. So if ur readings are coming high, that means you are prone to hypertensive disease. You should get your cholesterol levels checked.

I don't know what was the basis of suspecting that your BP has significant fluctuations in 24 hours. Please record your BP every 4 hours at home, keep a record on a piece of paper and consult with a General Physician with the report.

High blood pressure (BP) may come down to normal when resting due to reduced stress and anxiety, decreased physical activity, improved blood vessel function, hormonal changes, and temporary reduction in blood volume, but it's essential to continue monitoring and managing BP under medical guidance.

True Hypertension is diagnosed when multiple elevated readings are consistently observed, even after rest, across different days. • White Coat Hypertension or Situational Hypertension may be diagnosed if BP is elevated only in certain settings or situations, but normalizes with rest or in non-clinical settings. • Labile Hypertension could be considered if BP fluctuates significantly, potentially related to substance use or withdrawal.
