  4. High blood pressure. What should do now?

I am suffering from high blood pressure problem ,after taking regular medicine although my bp is not controlled presently I am taking MOXOVAS .3 and TRINEXOVAS 40 Today I have done kidney function test so I have attached so pls further advice me what should do now
