For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Provide me complete information of ur height, weight, physical activity, madical history, family history, diet history, veg or nonveg. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet.

Hi First of all is important to know the reason why the periods are not regular. For irregular periods reason can me low hemoglobin level, hormonal imbalance, high stress level or any other.So first find out the reason and then take the personalized diet plan to fix it. I would recommend you to take a healthy diet as at end of the day YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT.

For regular period, you should take enough iron rich foods, free from tension, check your TSH blood report, PCOD status. It's the common trend among my patients pool, to have medicine from word of mouth, don't spoil personal hygiene by taking unprescribed items randomly. Take food in regular intervals but lower the quantity,u r having presently , walk with abdominal belt to shape your belly & to increase BMR.
