Hi I'm 24yr old and weight 47.75 kg I'm a software engineer I used to be in sitting position max of time maybe bcoz of this I'm facing problems like gastric problem , belly fat , frequently getting headache and neck pain Even my menstrual cycle was disturbed present it's better compared to past months Can you please suggest me the proper diet so that it helps me a lot Even my weight is not correct my height 5.4inch I need to be fit and healthy
