High triglycerides cholesterol
I am having triglycerides 498 mg/dl, S Cholesterol 317 mg/dl my SGOT is 43 IU/L and my SGPT is 94 IU/L. And I am having pain in the left upper abdomen. Can you please suggest me should I take medication?

Yes, as we can see in the report, you are triglyceride levels and cholesterol level or on higher side as well as the liver inflammatory markers. SGOT and SGPT are raised. Hi., I can understand your concern. It can be due to fatty liver. Take tab liv 52, 3 times a day before food for one month. Tab lipikind f at night after food for one month. Tab drotin 40 mg twice a day after food for two days.
