Hi Flax seeds are full of nutrients but it seems you are taking more quantity. Just take 1 teaspoon not tablespoon, you can add to curd /raita or sprinkle on salads. Yes they cause heat, so take less amount. Drink 8 - 10 glasses of water daily. Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Meanwhile you can stop it for few days and start taking on alternate days. Just watch. Hope it will solve your problem. Thanks
