Dry roast, cool it, make powder and can have with rice and ghee as first morsel..for better bioavailability and assimilation.
Or you can mix the flaxseed powder with wheat flour and make rotis..out of it whichbus also good option to have that way..
Or can add flaxseed seed powder to smoothies or soups..
Or you can chew the roasted seeds directly but you have to chew properly for better absorption and digestion.
Not to consume daily but you can have it once in two days

Hi, Flaxseeds are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids which are essential for the body. Heating it can destroy the omega-3 fats . If possible coarsely grind the seeds and store it in an air tight container. Have one tablespoon of this mixture early morning with water for best results.
