Best and easy way to take flex seeds (Can I take a tablespoon of flex seeds directly in my mouth and swallow it after chewing it nicely)? Plz answer my question 🙏🙂

Hello dear:) Flax seeds is a good source of essential fatty acid. 1 tsp in a whole day is advisable,  you can include it in your smoothies, soups, shakes etc or gulp as such with 1 glass of lukewarm water.

Hi If you take whole flaxseeds you have to chew them thoroughly..or you can shallow roast them and make powder out of it and can sprinkle on curries..or you can mix the flaxseed powder in wheat flour and make soft dough for rotis or phulkas or chapathis...you can also add this powder to soups and smoothies.. Flaxseeds are rich in omega 3 fats..very beneficial for heart health and for weight los too...and also good for overall health..

Hi. Yes you can do that . Chew it properly and drink luke warm water. That is also the way to have flak seeds.

Hi, Flaxseeds should be coarsely ground and stored in an air tight container. Then 1-2 tsp full can be swallowed with water. If it's not chewed well then the body does not reap any benefits from it. Also you seem to be quite underweight so do not consume it in large amounts as its high in fibre so will lead to further weight loss.
