Hi Seeds are great source of fiber . They also contain healthy monounsaturated fats, polyunsaturated fats and many important vitamins,  minerals and antioxidants , When you consume the seed as a part off a healthy diet it helps in reducing blood sugar , blood pressure and cholesterol. You can consume 2 tablespoon in a day whuch mean 15 to 17 grams in a day.

Hi, Oilseeds like Flaxseeds, Chia seeds and vegetable seeds like Sunflower, Pumpkin etc are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. This is an essential fat which our body cannot make and so we need it through our diet. These seeds are rich in fibre and minerals too and so should be a part of our daily diet. 2-3 tsp full in between meals as snack is a great option.
