Gaining weight rapidly
I work in IT and don't get chance for workout. I smoke regular and drink very occassionaly. I don't drink plenty of water but have tea/coffee 5/6 times a day with sugar. I'm a Bengali and have rice in both lunch and dinner. I eat 2 bananas every day, have milk only in morning. I have fish every day, chicken/mutton on weekend. I'm 6ft2inch tall  and having around 100 kg weight. Could you please help me with proper diet plan. I would like to visit your clinic also.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

U hv to follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food. U can reduce ur weight 5kg within one month by following rules.

Hi Always welcome in my clinic. You need some corrections in your diet. 1. 2- 3 litres of water in a day is required for your  body as well as weight loss. 2. Tea and coffee is ok but it should be green tea and black coffee without sugar as sugar will give you empty calories. 3. Being a Bengali I also like fish and chicken which is a good source of protein. But you should not take red meat . 4. Rice contains simple carbs in it and will give you energy so you should not take rice at night . Because your body remain in rest at night .

Hello, Gaining weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons. Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour (Can be at home or simple exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, on the spot marching, squats, etc) -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition.
