Diet to gain weight
I am 26 years old man, 5f8inch, 64kg, Vegetarian. Though I have tried gym and workout but don't get much time for it. I have always been slim want to gain weight and specially muscles. Any diets that can help, if I add some workout as well.

Dear user There are many reasons for not  gaining weight It may be improper diet, any deficiency, some liver problem, street etc. -Eat balanced diet, include more protein n veggies. ,include  heathy  fat...nuts,seeds,fish etc
