Bloating with increasing weight is alarming sign. Take it seriously...Most probably fatty liver is setting in. Go for ultrasound abdomen and liver function test first...

Gud evening there is as if no shortcut to weight loss,pls have a healthy food plate with exercise adequate water intake ,proper sleep n reduce stress by doing meditation or yoga kindly.If need thorough guidance then pls connect directly through practo.
