Can I eat , Figs , dates and all nuts in the condition of fatty liver . My weight is 89 with 5,11 height started doing exercises to keep the body and health in balance thought of taking it . Need some answers . Please tell should be the adequate amount so that it will not cause an increase in weight.

Hello If you have fatty liver than avoid foods rich in fats. Since nuts have high fat percentage, for the time being don't take nuts. You may have 5-6 soaked raisins and 1-2 figs that too soaked in the morning. It's good you have started exercising on regular basis, that will help you in getting healthy and lose weight. Thanks

You  can take but in less quantity. Soaked almond and walnut is fine . According to ur height ur weight is also higher sid so ,you hav change ur eating schedule along with the exercise.

You can have figs , dates walnut and almonds . Avoid peanut , cashews and pistachios.

For a healthy person 15 gm of dry fruits in a day is recommended.  You can choose any dryfruits combination but it should be under 15 gm altogether.
