Can I eat , Figs , dates and all nuts in the condition of fatty liver . My weight is 89 with 5,11 height started doing exercises to keep the body and health in balance thought of taking it . Need some answers . Please tell should be the adequate amount so that it will not cause an increase in weight.

If you have fatty liver than avoid foods rich in fats. Since nuts have high fat percentage, for the time being don't take nuts. You may have 5-6 soaked raisins and 1-2 figs that too soaked in the morning.
