For constipation figs are good ,consume it in the morning with warm water ..
You can have mangos its safe but make sure to have it in a limited amount and drink butter milk when ever you take it.

Soak one or two figs overnight in some water and have them the next day morning along with the soaked water for some days or until your problem subsides…
Mango being a seasonal fruits is full of fibre and contain very essential nutrients…so no harm… consume in small portions in moderate amounts..
