Fever and vomit
My 6 year old son is having 102 fever from last 2 days. While consuming ors also at times he throws it out i need some meds for tonight and tomorrow I can bring him to your clinic please help so that his fever resides.

I’m sorry to hear that your son is not feeling well. For tonight, you can consider the following steps to help manage his fever:
Medication: You can give him acetaminophen (Tylenol) or ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin) to help reduce the fever. Make sure to follow the dosage instructions on the label based on his age and weight1. Avoid giving aspirin to children.
Hydration: Encourage him to drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated. If he has trouble keeping ORS down, try giving him small sips frequently or offer ice chips.
Comfort Measures: Keep him comfortable by dressing him in lightweight clothing and using a fan or cool compresses to help lower his body temperature.
Rest: Ensure he gets plenty of rest to help his body fight off the infection.
