Hi Spot reduction is myth, in order to loose belly fat you need to focus on overall fat loss and muscle gain. For which structured diet and exercise is important. Taking milk and products are ok to consume if you don't have allergy and getting it from right source. Contact me for detail counseling. All the best Thanks

you can use skimmed milk and low fat paneer of minium portion . Its good source of protein as well fat is present. To reduce belly fat start doing core exercise because no food will help directly in belly fat reduction you need to concentrate on that particular part for fat loss through exercise.

Hi First of all I want to tell you no particular food makes you fat or makes you slim. It's a balancing of calories which really helps you in maintaining a good ideal weight. Milk and Paneer are really healthy and rich in protein and Calcium. And  they may also help you in weight loss. But rather than  emphasizing only on one thing I would suggest you to go for a personalized plan. For losing weight you should emphasize on low calorie high protein healthy balanced plan. If you wanna ask me anything else you can opt for a personal chat option Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for personalized diet plan Eat healthy!! Stay Healthy !! As it's the body in which you have to live in!

Diet should be considerable to calories, & diet should be protein rich. Regarding paneer & milk, it should be of fat free variety, & should be taken in specific quantity.. There are plenty of foods and exercises are available for a vegetarian to weight loss. You can have it, I can help you too online. All the very best.
