Have good amount of water (2-3 liters a day) Have fruits and vegetables salad Avoid fast food and oily foods Limit intake of non veg Eat all meals on time with portion Do physical activity daily at least 5-6 days a week

Hi Make sure that every meal shud have some r the other protein  rich food like eggs, paneer, sprouts, pulses and legumes. Also make sure that you take enough water. Do not keep long gap

Hello To guide you to loose weight we need more details, your eating habits, your lifestyle and 24 dietary recall. Basic guidelines lead disciplined lifestyle, taking proper meals at fixed times and proper sleep timings. Avoid fast foods, Bakery items, fried, processed and ready to eat meals. Do not keep long gaps between meals. Include fresh fruits and vegetables, salads in your meals. Avoid sugary drinks and drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.
