You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

In order to lose the excess weight you need to have an active lifestyle.Do 45-60 mins of exercise atleast 5 days a week.Take a low calorie,fibre rich n protein rich diet.Avoid all sweet n processed foods at all times.Take regular sleep of atleast 6-7 hours.
