Need weight loss (belly fat)
My normal weight was (78-80)kg last 5 months back,last 3 years continuously that was my normal weight.now it is 85kg with huge belly fat. What to do for reduce weight loos?

Hi Weight increase is when you eat excess calories than you spend. Take healthy diet, whole foods, fresh fruits and vegetables and low fat milk and milk products. Stop sugary drinks, bakery items, fried, oily foods. Have more of salads, sprouts, dry roasted Chana, makhana etc in snacks. Focus on portion control. Go for brisk walk for 1hr minimum. Have lukewarm water 8-10 glasses daily. Cut down on tea and coffee. Get in touch for detailed diet plan and lifestyle changes. Follow the instructions and have patience, you will definitely be able to loose weight.

Start following healthy routine.. Make sure your protein intake is good. Have salads 2 times atleast and have 1-2 portion of fruit. Start exercising atleast 10000 steps For more detailed diet chart you can connect with me via practo app

You need to have min 3-4 litres of water daily. Increase protein and fibre intake in your diet.and also increase the frequency of taking meals by having small meals every 2-3hrs. Portion control is basically the game changer. Even if this doesn't help, you may go for a thyroid test.For a proper diet plan we need other details like age, gender, height and other Medical parameters.

Gud morning a healthy lifestyle routine including a proper healthy diet,Exercise, good sleep of 6 to 7 hrs in night, stress reduction if any by exercising daily,adequate water intake not less than 3 ltrs in a day.
