Hi
Weight increase is when you eat excess calories than you spend. Take healthy diet, whole foods, fresh fruits and vegetables and low fat milk and milk products. Stop sugary drinks, bakery items, fried, oily foods. Have more of salads, sprouts, dry roasted Chana, makhana etc in snacks. Focus on portion control. Go for brisk walk for 1hr minimum. Have lukewarm water 8-10 glasses daily. Cut down on tea and coffee.

You need to have min 3-4 litres of water daily. Increase protein and fibre intake in your diet.and also increase the frequency of taking meals by having small meals every 2-3hrs. Portion control is basically the game changer. Even if this doesn't help, you may go for a thyroid test. For a proper diet plan we need other details like age, gender, height and other Medical parameters.
