I am a mother of 2 sons 1 is 3yrs n another is just 1month old . My weight is 95kg and i have very fat in thighs arms chest n tummy n face i want to lose weight and whole body fat how can i do that pls suggest me..

First and foremost your baby is just 1 month old, you should exclusively breast feed the child, for 6 months and while breast feeding you should not think about weight loss, lactation is the natural tummy tucker . Secondly you should not try to excercise now, as your internal organs are yet to be mended . You should increase your level of metabolism by hydrating yourself well, and atleast not sitting or lying down just after any meals Have enough salads and sprouts with meals so that you get adequate fibre in your diet. You can do few arm excercise and neck excercise ,but it should not cause exhaustion. Be careful have balanced diet with adequate protein like paneer, soyabean, eggs, carbohydrates like multigrain cereals, rice, and fruits and vegetables. With nuts .
