Hi, My height is 5'11 and weight is 94kgs. I am trying to reduce weight but not able to. Please suggest some diet plan and exercise so that I can reduce atleast 5kgs in one month.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly  for customized diet plan for you.

For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening 45 min. With no chatter box. Start fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables as salad form. In breakfast take high protein diet. Early morning take lukewarm lemon water with one tsp roasted flax seed. Add more fluids whole day.
