Hi
For acidity take aloevera juice 25-30ml with water, first thing in the morning. Eat your meals at fixed time and chew your food well. Have small frequent meals easy to digest. Eat mindfully with gratitude.
Drink water slowly and in sitting position, don't just gulp down from the bottle.
Don't stay hungry for long. Gap between meals shouldn't be more than 3-4 hours.
Avoid processed foods, from packets. Yes you can eat pineapple before lunch. Take care of portion size.
Don't take anta acids as it will harm you if you take daily.
Boil water with 1tsp of jeera. Dhaniya and fennel seeds, cool it and drink this water during the day.

Try to find the route cause of acidity,
Try avoiding long gap between meal and eat at regular interval
Avoid having pineapple if u have severe acidity if not u can have it sometimes
Try eating in mid morning meal
If you're regular in taking up your meals, in regular intervals & with right portion sizes, consuming few pieces of Pineapple won't do any harm. Try to take everything in moderation. Excess of anything is a hazard.
