Hello Dr I have belly fat not too much only my abs are protuding towards front other parts of my body are normal. For reducing abs I am going to gym please suggest me diet plan. Body weight 80 Height 183cm.

For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food. For reducing belly fat u hv to apply oil and gel for massage and cream for tightening on flabby part.

- add fibre in your diet - avoid sugar , fats, dry fruits -take more salad, vegetables, - water intake 15 to 16 glass - take regular meals or regular intervals - avoid binge eating
