Making a healthy lifestyle. 70% diet and 30% exercise are good for weight loss. Do’s- use skimmed/ tonned milk (300ml) daily Use curd or paneer made up from the tonned milk also Use olive oil, rice bran oil, saffola, mustard oil in the cooking Drink 8-10 glass of water daily and walk 15-30 minutes is advisable Don’t- avoid sugar and it’s products completely Avoid roots vegetables like potato, arbhi , zimikand etc. Avoid tinned, canned, fried , processed food products Avoid pickles and papad , sour products like vinegar, tamarind , amla etc.

Here are a few tips that will help you:- Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours Eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism.
