For weight loss how to measure progress?
For weight loss what's the best way to measure progress? I don't like weighing scale measuring since it fluctuates a lot and demotivates too! Should we consider inch loss or any other way?

Weighing can be once a week or in 15days only. To monitor weight loss Consider inch loss ,which is a good visible marker,& feeling light ,energetic, happy joyful are also truly markers It also depends on how much weight loss is required because if a larger reduction is required then the above mentioned markers may be a variable factor.

Hi, you can consider inch loss too, or by seeing your clothes fit, but sometimes weight loss is there and no inch loss and vice- versa. don't measure your weight daily but in a week or 15 days and if you following the correct regime your weight will definitely reduce
