Weight Loss Diabetes
My weight is stuck between 60 and 65 kg, despite trying intermittent fasting and dieting for months. Is this due to my prediabetes condition as my hba1c is 5.7 ?

Yes , high blood sugar and abeing pre diabetic will interfere with your body’s ability to loose weight . Follow a diabetic diet along with regular walking post meals and otherwise too . Intermittent fasting is good only if your blood sugar is stable , please regularity check it in 3/3 rule . Try to make your dinner carb free and loaded with veggies and protein . A detailed plan is highly recommended in such case , do book a consultation.
