My opinion:
Low calorie diet is the worst thing you can do for yourself. A well balanced home based diet with adequate amounts of protein is required to lose fat. The process you are following is not recommended as it will lose muscles and your body will go into energy conservation mode due to starvation.
Just look at begger, they used to have low calorie diet and in other hand look at rickshaw puller, who is on adequate diet. In rickshaw puller muscle mass is retained even after eating a normal diet but in begger you hardly see any muscle in the body.
