For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Avoid junk and oily food.

Hi To lose weight you need to follow a healthy balanced plan. And when you lose weight gradually belly fat will also go off. It's a myth that the particular diet works on the particular area. There is no as such diet which works on the particular area. For a particular area spot reduction you need to follow low calorie diet and good activity regime of that part. But I cannot plan your diet here without knowing your time schedule, diet schedule and medical history so I would recommend you to meet me for one to one consultation so that I can plan your diet on a personalized way according to your likes and dislikes. For a while you can follow following weight loss tips which may help you to some extent But for proper result you need to follow a personalized plan 1) Drink Good amount of water. As drinking less water can lead to water retention which is one of the reason of weight gain. 2) Include fiber in your diet.
